COACH PASS REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR AND STAFF

- All Tournament Directors (TDs) must hold a Coach Pass Premium.
- Assistant pros/site managers must have a Coach Pass Basic if assisting at the same venue, or Coach Pass Premium if they are a site director at a different venue.
- Volunteers at the tournament desk and referees must be Safe Sport trained. Their Safe Sport certificates must be sent to Coaching@ussquash.org and ussquashsafesport@ussquash.org.
COACH PASS COLORS EXPLAINED:
- AQUA – Coach Pass Lite: For school leaders/teams and scholastic tournaments only. Not valid at junior tournaments.
- ORANGE – Coach Pass TD: For tournament directors only. Not valid for coaching at junior tournaments.
- GREEN – Coach Pass Basic: Allows coaching at Bronze, Silver, and Gold tournaments only.
- BRIGHT BLUE – Coach Pass Premium: Allows coaching at JCTs, Nationals, and Bronze, Silver, and Gold tournaments.
- RED – If the digital Coach Pass is red, this means the Coach Pass is not valid and the coach cannot enter to coach.
TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR COACH PASS REQUIREMENTS
There are mandatory Coach Pass requirements for TDs and site assistants in order to be eligible to run a US Squash sanctioned tournament.
- Provide proof of certified training – Please send coaching@ussquash.org your proof of a coaching certification. US Squash honors foreign coaching qualifications as well as the US Squash certification.
- Proof of CPR/First Aid – Please send the certificate once you have completed this training.
- Junior Policy Exam – Attached to the training tab in your club locker account.
- Level 4 Officiating Exam – Attached to the training tab in your club locker account.
- SafeSport training – Please send the certificate once you have completed this training.
