SOLO HITTING:

  • Forehand Solo drives above the service line – how many in 5 mins or can the player hit 20 consecutively?
  • Backhand Solo drives above the service line – how many in 5 mins or can the player hit 20 consecutively?
  • Forehand Solo drives into the service box – how many in 5 mins or can the player hit 20 consecutively?
  • Backhand Solo drives into the service box – how many in 5 mins or can the player hit 20 consecutively?

MINI GAMES:

  • Progressing to larger areas for mini-games can help with young juniors.
  • Play mini games in quarter of the court.
  • Progress to front court game hitting only cross court to the other side.
  • Move onto full front court game hitting anywhere in the front.
  • Half-court game long and short F/H & then B/H.
  • Cross court game front and back.
