
To provide participants with a better understanding of your tournament, venues, and the surrounding area, Tournament Directors are required to update the Tournament Information Page with key event details.
Clear, detailed information not only enhances the player and spectator experience but also saves time by allowing you to direct questions back to the tournament page.
Please include the following:

- Hotels:
List nearby hotels with approximate distances. Include any special rates or booking codes. - Venue Addresses:
Clearly list all venues. Provide detailed instructions for finding courts (especially if courts are in less obvious locations) and indicate if signage or maps will be available. Note travel times between venues if applicable. - Venue Hours: State the opening and closing times of your venue. Especially the earliest time the venue will open before the morning matches.
- Parking:
Provide parking instructions, including nearby garages if on-site parking is limited. - Locker Rooms:
State whether showers and towels are available, and clarify if amenities differ across venues. - Beverages:
Ensure a water fountain is available near the squash area, or provide bottled water. Mention if sports drinks or snacks are available for purchase.

- Practice Courts:
Share details on practice court availability, cost (if any), and booking procedures. Clarify if policies differ across venues. - Restaurant Recommendations:
List local restaurants, delis, and cafes with addresses and approximate distances from the venues. - Additional Information:
Include any other helpful information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for participants.
