
Solo Drills are designed to help develop a player’s basic skills, while also helping the coach see the level of that player’s development. The test becomes more challenging with each skill.
- F/H & B/H 5 or 10 consecutive ‘hits’ against the wall with bounce
- Alternate F/H & B/H 5 or 10 consecutive shots with bounce
- F/H & B/H 5 or 10 consecutive volleys
- Alternate F/H & B/H 5 or 10 consecutive volleys
- 10 alternating corner hits–with bounce
- 10 alternating corner hits–with volley
- Figure of 8–with bounce
- Figure of 8–with volley
- Hit a boast and then move to other side to retrieve it with a drop/short shot. Hit up another shot to boast and then move to the other side.
