School Start Squash 6.5 – CO-OPERATIVE RALLIES ANYWHERE

PLAY THIS VIDEO TO LEARN HOW TO PLAY A COOPERATIVE PARTNER RALLY ANYWHERE ON THE COURT

Students previously learned how to play cooperative rallies both with a partner and in groups. Now we’re introducing cooperative rallies that can be hit from anywhere on the wall, net or squash court.

COOPERATIVE PARTNER RALLY ANYWHERE:

  • Begin the rally with a serve.
  • Partners aim to hit as many consecutive shots without making any mistakes on the court.
  • Students must try to keep the racquet in the ready position between shots and return to the center of the court (the T).

FOR A COOPERATIVE GROUP RALLY:

  • Begin with a serve from anywhere.
  • This rally involves three, four or five players, each hitting the ball wherever they choose on the court.
  • Students should pay special attention to moving out of the way of their own shot so that the following player may hit the ball.
