EXPLANATION: Please watch this video for the explanation of the decision…In this video Willstrop is striking the ball down the left wall, but is caught off guard when it pops off towards the center. As we slow it down you can clearly see that Coll catches Willstrop with his racquet on the back swing and in fact stops play at that point. He is unable to make a full back swing. This contact is evidence that Coll’s swing was prevented. So the decision is a stroke.
