It’s important for parents (and players) to know the basic rules of squash if their children will be competing in sanctioned tournaments. The Beginner Officiating Clinic covers the basic knowledge that you will need to understand the important part of refereeing a match.
An important part of this is that parents are not allowed to interfere with the refereeing or marking in a tournament match. If you believe there are any problems then go straight to the Tournament Director and they will sort out any issues as they are the experts and are in charge of the event.
