School Start Squash 5.2 THREE-NET COURT – FOR THE BOAST

Squash is enjoyable whether played on one wall, one net, a standard squash court, or a three-net court.

The three net court provides players with a three-dimensional experience similar to that of traditional squash courts. Angles, like boasts, can be used to increase shot diversity, movement, and pressure on the opponent.

The boast is a shot that is hit off the side wall, so you’ll need two or three walls to use it in a squash match.

Set up the nets before the lesson begins. If you utilize eight nets, you can make four ‘courts’ with three walls and four extra outer single-wall courts. See the court plan on the above.
