EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Squash racquet and goggles.
•Ball (mini squash or soft ball).
•Four rubber circles or cones (for home plate and three bases).

SET UP:
Set up home plate and three bases around the playing field. One circle/cone serves as home plate for kickoffs. The other three circles/cones are the first, second, and third bases.
Two teams: one batting and one fielding, with one fielder on each base. Once three batters have been out, switch over.
RULES:

- Team game: ‘Pitch’ with bounce drop feed.
- Each ‘batter’ should use the proper squash grip and only one hand to grip the racquet.
- Play one inning, giving both teams an opportunity to bat.
- A player is out if they have three strikes.
- If the fielder catches the ball in the air.
- If the ball is tossed to the ‘pitcher’, caught on the fly, or thrown to a fielder on base when a runner is between bases.
- If the batter successfully hits the ball and advances to first base. All runners/batters must go on to the next base.
- A run is scored when a player safely crosses home base (fourth rubber circle or cone).
- The team with the most runs wins.
