All games are based simply on bodies and movement, with no need for PROPS.

UPS AND DOWNS. Any number of players can be positioned facing any wall, with their hands at shoulder height and contacting the wall. They move in any direction while keeping their hands against the wall. When they encounter another player coming from the opposite direction, they either ‘bridge over’ or ‘pass beneath’ without communicating. Players can crawl along floor lines, but they must cross over or pass beneath anyone approaching from the opposite direction. A good introduction to the squash court. The winner is the first player who ‘passes over or under’ five other players.
PAIRS CATCH: Two players wear ‘Red’ or ‘Blue’. Players form a line across the center of the court. They’re “head-to-head,” with the player in front pointing at the front wall and the player in behind pointing at the back wall. When the teacher or captain yells “Red,” both players must stand up. Red will try to sprint to the wall in the direction their feet pointed, while Blue will try to capture their opponent before they reach there. The game finished with a score of nine points.
COPYCAT CAPTAIN: A group of players, one of them is the captain and must walk around as they see fit, while the other players will halt EXACTLY like the captain when the captain decides to stop. If a player makes the wrong decision, they are out. Play until everyone is out, then change the captain.
MIRROR IMAGE: Two players confront each other. One is “real” and the other is a “mirror image”. The “real” player moves forward, backward, and sideways, but the “mirror” player replicates. A player obtains a point if they can cause their opponent to move incorrectly.
