EQUIPMENT: Chalk and a damp cleaning cloth. Suitable for all ages and ability levels.
Designate a target area on the wall and floor for throwing or striking exercises.

THREE TARGETS: ‘Trouble Player’ has three targets drawn on the wall. Students stand in a chalked circle about 2 meters from the wall. The circle can be pushed forward or backward based on the desired difficulty level. Students try to throw a ball to hit consecutive targets 1, 2, and 3 and gain one point for each target hit. If they miss the target, they will lose a point. Chalk the score on the floor. Each game has a score of nine. Best of three or five games.
TAG: Mark safe zones on the floor with chalk for a game of ‘Tag’. Players (two or more) decide who would be ‘the tagger’. To make a decision, use the “rock, paper, scissors” approach. The student chosen to ‘tag’ then chases the others, attempting to ‘tag’ one of them (by touching them with their hand), while the others try not to get tagged. A student may enter one of the safe zones up to three times throughout the game. They have three seconds to get away from the taggers after exiting the safe zone. A tag then means the newly marked student has to join the original ‘tagger’ and work together to tag others. The game continues until everyone has been tagged, and the last student who has not been tagged wins.
KNOCK OUT, HOP! Draw a circle on the floor. Two players in the circle jumped on one leg, arms folded. The goal is to gently knock the opposite player from the circle or cause them to lose balance and put their other foot down. One point for losing balance and two points for knocking them out of the circle. Score: Play to 9 points
Note: Please use a wet towel to remove any leftover chalk marks.
