SHOTS:

  • F/H & B/H Straight Drives. ​

TECHNICAL:

  • Racket up early.​
  • Step into the shot with a balanced stance.​
  • Follow through straight or to target spot on front wall.​
  • Face the side wall with your body.​

TACTICAL:

Creating chances to get to the T and control the rallies.​

Aim to keep the ball away from the T/middle of the court and close to the walls.​
