EQUIPMENT: Balls include squash balls (any color), mini squash balls, tennis balls, and juggling balls. Suitable for participants of all ages and skill levels.

STOP THE BALL: Each player grabs a racquet and ball and lines up against the back wall. Coach stands in the back wall’s right corner, facing the front wall. Student 1 passes the ball to the teacher or ‘captain’ and stands in the “Ready Position” facing the front wall. Student 1 runs to block a fast ball from reaching the front wall with their racquet. The student snatches up the ball and runs to the end of the line. Roll the next ball to the following player, and so on. If the ball strikes the front wall, the student loses. Begin with three lives.
BUCKET FILL: An empty bucket is placed on the court floor at the T. Balls are spread around the floor. A single player takes turns picking up the balls and depositing them back into the bucket. Count the number of balls in the bucket after one minute. The winner has the most balls in their bucket. Be cautious not to slip on the dispersed balls.
TIMED BALL COLLECT: Put six balls in a bucket on the T. Player 1 picks up a ball and sets it in the front right corner before returning to the bucket to get another ball for the front left corner. The next one is the short line where it meets the wall on the left side, followed by the back left corner, the back right corner, and the short line on the right side. Continue to return all of the balls to the middle bucket with the same method. Time every player each time they complete the circuit. The winner is the quickest.
INDOOR SNOWBALL FIGHT: Two teams compete, one on the right and one on the left side of the court. To pick up a ball, players must not cross the extended half-court line. Each team receives an equal number of foam balls or dodgeballs. Balls are thrown at opponents, and if a player is hit by one, they must join and fight for the opposite team. Play for two minutes, then take a head count or stop when all of the players are on the same side.

BALL DROPS: Two players are facing each other, one meter apart. Player 1 holds a ball in each hand (the balls could be various types). The player holds up their hand and drops one of the balls randomly. Player 2 must try and catch the ball before it hits the ground. Change after Player 2 fails to catch the ball.
INDIVIDUAL RUN DODGEBALL: Player 1 holds a dodgeball. The remaining players are located on either the rear or front walls. Other players move randomly from one end of the court to the other, while player 1 attempts to hit them with the dodgeball. If they are hit, they must remain on the ground until released by being tagged by another player. Play till everyone’s out.
TWISTED WALL THROWS: Players pair up. Player 1 stands one meter away from a wall, with their back to it. Player 2 is one meter away from Player 1 and facing each other. Player 2 throws a tennis ball toward the wall behind student 1, who rotates their upper body to catch it before returning it to Players 2, who repeats the throw. To catch the ball, Player 1 must turn left and right alternately. If a ball is missed, the players trade positions. Score: 9 points.
TOAD IN THE HOLE: A cardboard box in the middle of the court, forward of the T. There are six players on the court, one in each corner, one at the front wall, and one at the rear wall, with balls split evenly between them. The goal is for the balls to bounce onto the floor, then into the box. Scoring was timed for three minutes. The winner gets the most balls from the box. This game is also playable in pairs.
